This is a licensed position requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Candidates who are not yet licensed may be considered, with full support provided to obtain licensing quickly. Role Overview As an Insurance Account Representative, your primary focus will be new business production. You will actively engage prospects, uncover insurance needs, and present tailored solutions that drive agency growth. Success in this role is measured by activity, conversion, and results.
