About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to cultivate and expand our customer base within a designated territory. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new customer prospects to establish long-term partnerships. * Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Keep sales management informed of daily activities, including prospecting efforts, account development, and presentations. * Implement a targeted sales strategy for specific market segments, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. * Actively promote deeper business relationships with customers through cross-selling and value-added initiatives. * Evaluate the profit potential of both current and prospective accounts to maximize profitability. * Manage all interactions with assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and support.
