Make a difference, protect lives and build your career with CM3 Building Solutions CM3 is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Executive for our Fire & Security division to focus on new opportunities and expanding services to existing customers while managing and growing the Security and Fire customer base. * Benefits and Perks: * Health benefits available on first day of hire * Group term life and disability insurance * Employer matched 401K * Generous paid time off and paid company holidays * Training and Career Development * And many more * Duties & Responsibilities: * Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new Fire sales leads. * Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs. * Establish contact with prospects and potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, making sales presentations and following up on leads. * Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. * Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest. * Define customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company Fire & Security offerings * Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives * Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog * Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. * Provides periodic territory sales forecasts. * Perform other duties assigned by management. * Education/Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR at least five years of related experience required. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent sales and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
