Responsibilities * Complete KW Everett Agent Launch program * Implement weekly lead generation systems * Turn prospecting efforts into appointments * Engage in weekly script practice * Join team activities regularly * Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties * Showcase knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services * Negotiate offers for sellers * Record activities and client interactions in KW & Command Technology Qualifications You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
