As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll represent AT&T's commitment to excellence. The AT&T Sales Associate will guide customers through their options with patience and knowledge, helping them build customized wireless solutions that fit their unique needs. Core Functions of the AT &T Sales Associate
- Execute outreach campaigns to promote AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, tablets, and connected devices to potential customers.
- Identify customer connectivity needs and recommend tailored service bundles based on usage patterns and product availability.
- Walk customers through the activation process, go over eligibility verification, documentation review, and final setup to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clean records to track customer interactions, sales goals, and customer reviews for performance reporting.
- Resolve basic service or device issues and escalate customer complaints to internal support teams for timely resolution.
- Stay informed on AT&T's mobile product updates to ensure accurate guidance and alignment with campaign goals.
- Participate in company-wide training with other AT&T Sales Associates to stay up-to-date in AT&T's bundles, services and best sales practices.
Qualifications
for the AT &T Sales Associate
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer support.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain wireless features, device specs, and service bundles in a clear, customer-friendly format.
- Enjoys solving problems and finding the right mobile solution for each customer's lifestyle.
- Collaborates easily with teammates to keep activations smooth and follow-ups timely.

Overview
: This position is a full time employment position located in Chattanooga, TN.
- This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face
- role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
- Location : Chattanooga, TN Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
