About the Role: As an Account Executive at Veseris, you'll manage a $5M+ territory and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across the turf, pest control, and horticulture industries. Your primary goal is to build profitable, long-term customer partnerships by understanding their business needs and providing consultative solutions from our extensive product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers and prospects * Uncover customer needs and present tailored product/service solutions * Manage multi-location accounts and develop strategic territory sales plans * Achieve or exceed sales goals through focused prospecting and account growth * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, credit) to support customer success * Accurately track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and sales tools * Represent Veseris at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites Requirements What You Bring * 5+ years of sales experience, including territory management and complex accounts * Strong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills * Proven ability to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationships * Experience in the pest, horticulture, or related industries preferred * Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools * Bachelor's degree preferred Why Veseris * Competitive compensation + performance-based bonuses * Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and ongoing career development * Access to industry-leading products and a knowledgeable support team * A mission-driven company with a customer-first mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
