As a Trailer Sales Professional, you'll enjoy: * Base $28,000 + commission * Competitive commission-based pay could be making between $65,000 -$120,000+ annually * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Employee discount at the NRS Store (tack, feed, apparel, boots, home goods, and more) * A fun, team-first culture with room to grow * Leadership development opportunities Key Responsibilities - Trailer Sales Professional As a Trailer Sales Representative , you will: * Sell new and used trailers (horse trailers, stock trailers, living quarters trailers, flatbeds, etc.) * Assist customers in selecting the right trailer for their towing needs * Walk customers through the full sales process : quotes, financing, trade-ins, delivery * Use CRM software to manage leads, schedule follow-ups, and track communication * Answer online inquiries and convert digital leads into in-store appointments * Support the sales team at trade shows , events, and promotions * Help stage, move, and prep trailers for delivery (must be able to lift 100 lbs) * Perform light administrative tasks and assist with dealership operations Preferred Qualifications The right candidate for this Trailer Sales job will have: * Experience in RV sales, marine sales, auto sales, or agricultural equipment sales * Comfort working on commission and meeting sales targets * A strong understanding of the western, rodeo, ranching, or livestock lifestyle * Excellent communication skills , both in-person and by phone/email * A strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude * Willingness to work weekends and attend events as needed * A desire to grow into a leadership role as the dealership expands Position Details * Job Title: Trailer Sales Professional * Location: OKC, Oklahoma (on-site) * Pay Range: $65,000 - $120,000+ (commission-based) * Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday + occasional weekends/holidays * Job Type: Retail sales, high-ticket sales, dealership sales If you're passionate about sales , love the western lifestyle , and want a job where your income reflects your effort, join National Trailer Source as a Trailer Sales Professional today.
