Key Responsibilities

- Trailer Sales Professional As a Trailer Sales Representative , you will:

• Sell new and used trailers (horse trailers, stock trailers, living quarters trailers, flatbeds, etc.)
• Assist customers in selecting the right trailer for their towing needs
• Walk customers through the full sales process : quotes, financing, trade-ins, delivery
• Use CRM software to manage leads, schedule follow-ups, and track communication
• Answer online inquiries and convert digital leads into in-store appointments
• Support the sales team at trade shows , events, and promotions
• Help stage, move, and prep trailers for delivery (must be able to lift 100 lbs)
• Perform light administrative tasks and assist with dealership operations

Preferred Qualifications

The right candidate for this Trailer Sales job will have:

• Experience in RV sales, marine sales, auto sales, or agricultural equipment sales
• Comfort working on commission and meeting sales targets
• A strong understanding of the western, rodeo, ranching, or livestock lifestyle
• Excellent communication skills , both in-person and by phone/email
• A strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work weekends and attend events as needed
• A desire to grow into a leadership role as the dealership expands Position Details

Pay Range

: $65,000 - $120,000+ (commission-based)
