Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and drive success through exceptional customer engagement and expert vehicle knowledge! Duties * Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage and nurture the sales pipeline effectively. * Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options to facilitate high-end sales. * Negotiate terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. * Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. * Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand. * Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, cold calling prospects, and expanding B2B (business-to-business) relationships. * Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating professionalism, phone etiquette, and clear communication throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and improving overall dealership performance. Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales process. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. * Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software and retail math for accurate deal calculations. * Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies is preferred. * Knowledge of inventory management, automotive products, and dealership operations is advantageous. * Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring high energy and motivation.
