Salary Range: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Strong organizational and time management abilities. A genuine interest in the insurance industry and helping businesses thrive. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and identify how Trophy Insurance Solutions can provide value. Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls and introductory meetings for Account Executives. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share market insights. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential new markets. Accurately track and manage all sales activities and lead information within the CRM system.
