Full description of the position

StaffBright is partnering with a long-standing client in Warren, MI, to hire an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will provide coaching, drive team performance, and actively support sales efforts, including assisting with high-value deals and outreach to warm leads. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-paced, customer-focused organization known for its speed, reliability, and industry expertise. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives while collaborating closely with the CSR Supervisor and Director of Sales. * Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, supporting deal strategy, assisting with closings, and resolving escalations as needed * Drive sales performance, accountability, and execution in a call center-style environment * Partner with leadership to refine processes and improve efficiency following the ERP system transition * Ensure accurate quoting, order processing, and timely customer follow-up * Support outbound sales efforts, including warm lead outreach, while reinforcing fast-response value proposition * Analyze team performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives What They Need From You: To be successful in this role, candidates should bring: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 4+ years working in a sales call center environment * 2+ years of management or team leadership experience * Background in eCommerce, industrial distribution, or wholesale parts distribution * Experience with ERP systems and process-driven sales environments All-Star Candidate Skill-Set: (Preferred) * Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (ERP System) Benefits & Perks: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Competitive compensation package * Paid time off, including vacation and sick time, plus paid holidays * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Employee recognition programs and perks StaffBright - Who We Are StaffBright connects exceptional professionals with fulfilling opportunities in Finance, IT, Engineering, and Sales & Marketing.
