What You 'll Do: * Process customer orders and quote requests accurately and efficiently * Track, record, and maintain order documentation and data * Handle and route customer service inquiries professionally * Coordinate domestic and international shipping of products * Purchase materials and products while identifying the lowest-cost, best-value options * Support inventory tracking and quality-related processes * Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * 2 -4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (electronic or electro-mechanical required * Experience with Quality Management Systems and Inventory Tracking Systems * Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively J & J pays WEEKLY and we offer Direct Deposit, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a $$$ Referral Bonus $$$ !!!
