• Process customer orders and quote requests accurately and efficiently
• Track, record, and maintain order documentation and data
• Handle and route customer service inquiries professionally
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping of products
• Purchase materials and products while identifying the lowest-cost, best-value options
• Support inventory tracking and quality-related processes
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 -4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (electronic or electro-mechanical required
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and Inventory Tracking Systems
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
