The Role As an Exterior Specialist , you'll: * Inspect residential properties (roofing, siding, gutters, etc) * Educate homeowners honestly and professionally * Work insurance and retail opportunities the right way * Follow proven systems (we train you) * Take ownership of your numbers, your growth, and your results This is a field-based, performance-driven role with structure, support, and standards.
