• Inspect residential properties (roofing, siding, gutters, etc)
• Educate homeowners honestly and professionally
• Work insurance and retail opportunities the right way
• Follow proven systems (we train you)
• Take ownership of your numbers, your growth, and your results This is a field-based, performance-driven role with structure, support, and standards.

Compensation

(Clear & Transparent)

• $700 per week draw to start
• 10% commission starting out
• Scale up to 15% commission
• No cap on earnings
• Paid on performance--no politics, no games
