We are hiring full-time Retail Sales Associates to support AT&T retail initiatives in the Clarkston, WA area. This is an entry-level role for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop sales and customer service skills. Job Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a retail environment * Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T products and services * Provide professional, friendly customer service * Support store goals through consistent performance * Participate in ongoing sales and product training Qualifications * Previous customer service experience (required) * Sales, retail, or marketing experience (preferred but not required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive, professional attitude * Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented * Availability for weekday and weekend shifts, especially during training Schedule * Full-time, on-site * Weekday and weekend availability required during initial training Compensation & Benefits * Hourly pay with bonus opportunities * Typical weekly earnings range: $700 -$1,000, based on hours and performance * Flexible scheduling * Opportunities for growth and skill development Location Requirement * Must be able to commute to Clarkston, WA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,098.29 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
