About Us

Drive Distributors, Inc. is a customer-focused sales organization representing nationally recognized brands. We are hiring full-time Retail Sales Associates to support AT&T retail initiatives in the Clarkston, WA area. This is an entry-level role for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop sales and customer service skills. Job

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a retail environment
• Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T products and services
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Support store goals through consistent performance
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (required)
• Sales, retail, or marketing experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts, especially during training Schedule
• Full-time, on-site
• Weekday and weekend availability required during initial training

• Typical weekly earnings range: $700 -$1,000, based on hours and performance
