Job Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and sales-driven Studio Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is central to creating an exceptional experience -- from warm greetings and smooth check-ins to guiding guests through memberships, services, and products. Your role also has a significant and direct impact on the overall success of the business. As a membership sales organization, a successful Studio Sales Associate helps drive business through membership sales, package sales, and guest retention. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and motivated by helping others look and feel their best. You'll play a key role in supporting studio operations, driving membership and retail sales, and maintaining the upbeat, professional energy LA Bikini is known for. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Sales * Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence * Educate guests on membership options, service benefits, and retail products * Positive and upbeat energy is key. * Drive membership and package sales through genuine conversation and service knowledge * Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and care * Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with positivity and professionalism Operational Support * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the studio and lobby areas * Assist with inventory tracking, product restocking, and supply management * Follow all opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures accurately * Ensure all client data is entered and maintained accurately in the booking system * Collaborate with sugaring specialists and management to ensure seamless daily flow Team & Culture * Foster a supportive and professional environment rooted in teamwork and respect * Participate in ongoing sales and service training to enhance skills and performance * Represent LA Bikini's brand values -- confidence, care, and consistency -- in every interaction Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in front desk, retail, hospitality, or customer service role (sales experience preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Enthusiastic, dependable, and confident in a sales environment * Enjoy being around and with people. * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting * Basic proficiency with POS or scheduling systems (Zenoti experience a plus) * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Perks & Benefits * Hourly pay + commission on membership and retail sales * Discounted or complimentary services and retail products * Supportive team culture with room for advancement * Ongoing training and development opportunities Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
