About the Role Jereh Energy Equipment & Technologies (JEET) is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Representative with experience in oil & gas manufacturing or oilfield equipment environments to support and grow our Houston operations. This role is well-suited for a traditional, relationship-driven sales professional who has worked with manufactured oilfield equipment, engineered energy solutions, or industrial products and is comfortable operating in a Mandarin-speaking, cross-cultural business environment. The position focuses on developing long-term customer relationships, supporting strategic accounts, and serving as a key commercial bridge between U.S.-based customers and global internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers across oil & gas manufacturing and oilfield services sectors * Drive revenue growth through traditional, consultative sales of manufactured equipment and service solutions * Serve as a primary commercial contact, aligning customer requirements with internal engineering and manufacturing capabilities * Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and service teams to support customer needs * Support pricing, proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations * Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities * Provide Mandarin and English communication support for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders * Travel locally and regionally to customer sites, meetings, and industry events Required Qualifications * Experience in oil & gas manufacturing sales, oilfield equipment sales , or industrial energy equipment sales * Strong understanding of upstream oil & gas operations and equipment-driven business models * Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) - required * Proven success in traditional, relationship-based sales environments * Ability to manage accounts, develop new business, and support long sales cycles * Willingness to travel as needed Preferred / Target Background Candidates with experience from the following environments are strongly encouraged to apply: * Oil & gas equipment manufacturers or OEMs * Energy or industrial manufacturing companies with China-based operations or Mandarin-speaking leadership * Oilfield equipment, completion tools, pressure pumping support equipment, or engineered systems suppliers * Multinational energy organizations operating across U.S. and Asia markets Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field * Experience supporting contracts, pricing structures, and long-term customer agreements * Familiarity with cross-border business practices and Mandarin-speaking corporate cultures * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Why Join JEET * Work with a globally recognized oil & gas equipment manufacturer * Operate in a Mandarin-speaking, international business environment * Competitive compensation and benefits * Long-term growth opportunities within a stable, expanding organization Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * oil & gas manufacturing: 1 year (Required) * traditional B2B sales: 1 year (Required) * supporting OFS or upstream customers: 1 year (Required) * oilfield equipment sales: 1 year (Required) Language: * Mandarin (Required) Location: * Houston, TX 77032 (Required) Work Location: In person
