Job Overview We are a third-party sales and marketing firm that represents AT&T within large retail locations. We are currently hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our in-person sales team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with paid training and performance-based growth. Responsibilities * Engage customers in a retail environment to promote and sell AT&T products and services * Provide accurate information to customers and recommend solutions based on their needs * Meet individual and team sales goals * Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching * Maintain a professional and positive presence in a retail setting Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment * Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays * Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position) Compensation * Full-time, W-2 position * Combination of a weekly base pay and uncapped commission * Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance Benefits * Paid training * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * Opportunities for advancement based on performance * Paid travel opportunities may be available based on business needs (not guaranteed) Work Location * In person (retail environment) Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
