What You 'll Do * Execute and follow the dealership's proven sales process * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, vehicle presentation, delivery, and follow-up * Professionally present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles and features * Monitor, review, and manage daily inventory reports * Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and personal performance * Collaborate with sales leadership on monthly goals and performance plans * Maintain dealership standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly unit volume * Stay current on Toyota products, certifications, and market trends * Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and pipelines What We 're Looking For * Proven automotive sales experience (Toyota experience strongly preferred) * Prior sales training and a strong track record of success * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills * Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented mindset * Familiarity with CRM software (Please provide a resume and/or job history.)
