Gerhard's Appliance is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our high- performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, is proactive by nature, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You 'll Do * Serve as a trusted partner to our sales team by managing critical internal communication, timelines, and client coordination * Proactively communicate with clients, builders, and internal teams to provide clear updates and next steps * Maintain client awareness of installation schedules, delivery dates, rebate processes, and product specs * Respond to client and internal requests via email and phone with professionalism and urgency * Assist with additional projects and work closely with our management team to continue to improve our sales process * Act as a point of contact to help sales consultants resolve issues efficiently and support clients with care between several departments * Champion the Gerhard's Experience by ensuring every interaction is courteous, timely, and detail-oriented Who You Are * A strong communicator with a "How can I help?" mindset * Highly organized and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a busy team environment * Tech-savvy and capable with Microsoft Office, and general business systems * Experienced in customer service or sales support roles (appliance or home improvement background is a plus!)
