Fleurco is looking for 2 experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to champion our Mid-Western and Western territories and help take our sales performance to the next level. Your responsibilities include: * Building and managing strong relationships with independent rep firms and agency networks , positioning Fleurco as a preferred premium supplier. (12 -15 days of travel per month required) * Expanding Fleurco's presence and growing the customer base. * Networking and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * Conducting regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities. * Participating in ongoing sales planning processes -- daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. * Analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and industry shifts to provide strategic recommendations. * Ensuring clients receive exceptional service supported by deep product knowledge. * Maintaining up-to-date understanding of Fleurco's premium product portfolio. * Coaching, educating, and following up with independent reps to help them meet growth targets. * Supporting marketing and brand awareness initiatives to enhance market visibility. * Delivering ongoing training and support to independent reps. * Tracking agent activity and performance to ensure progress against goals. Nice to Have: * Experience working within the builder, developer, or hospitality segments -- including multi-residential projects, hotel renovations, and new construction opportunities. This experience is an asset and can significantly accelerate success in the role.
