Job Summary The Salesperson will drive revenue by overseeing the rehabilitation process for our existing and future mobile homes, marketing and selling the refurbished homes, as well as coordinating construction vendors. This role combines strong sales skills with project oversight to accelerate turnover and maximize occupancy in our large park turnaround. You'll work closely with our Property Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations while focusing on sales and rehab goals. Key Responsibilities * Oversee rehabilitation projects for existing and future mobile homes: coordinate with vendors/contractors, scheduling work, monitor quality and budgets, and track progress to get homes market-ready quickly. * Market and sell refurbished homes: create listings (e.g., MHVillage, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, local signage), conduct tours and open houses, qualify buyers, and close sales or rentals. * Build and maintain a sales pipeline: generate leads through online marketing, community outreach, partnerships with lenders/financing providers, and local networking. * Guide buyers through the purchasing process, including explaining financing options, community rules, and lot lease terms. * Track and report key metrics: rehab timelines, homes sold/leased, occupancy rates, and sales progress to ownership. * Conduct, track, and report market surveys as directed for the area. * Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure rehabs align with park standards and resolve any sales-related resident inquiries. * Stay compliant with Alabama manufactured housing regulations, fair housing laws, and park policies. Qualifications * Proven sales experience (2+ years preferred) in manufactured/mobile homes, real estate, or related fields (e.g., new home sales, automotive/high-ticket sales). * Experience managing contractors, rehabs, or construction projects is a strong plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--comfortable building rapport, giving tours, and closing deals. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment. * Familiarity with manufactured housing industry (e.g., financing, rehab process) preferred. * Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and social media marketing. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (role involves on-site work and local travel). * High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
