Job Description
: As a Route Commercial Accounts Coordinator you will be joining a family-owned company that has been in business for 25 years and is one of the largest full- service waste and recycling companies in Western Michigan. This position is vital to our company's image in professionalism and excellence; and is crucial to our long-term success. Working with our current sales team, you will be a valued team member creating and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing customers. We are seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to help grow and maintain our waste and recycling services for commercial customers. This role works closely with our Sales team and plays a vital part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative and billing functions of the business. This position is key to our company's reputation for professionalism and long-term success in the solid waste and recycling industry. Working Skills/
Responsibilities
:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, including billing questions and general inquiries
- Support commercial and roll-off service calls
- Set up new accounts, process service changes, and handle account cancellations
- Maintain and update the Monthly Sales Report and generate reports for the Sales team
- Billing occurs on the first of each month, including printing, sorting, and mailing/emailing invoices
- Manage service agreements and send customer contracts
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files
- Process commercial customer payments
Qualifications
:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including basic Excel and Word
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt and learn new tasks quickly
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced office setting
Compensation
:
- Full Time Status, Hourly Pay
