We are a Pre-owned Used Car independent dealership in Kirkland, WA. Family owned and operated with over 10 years in Kirkland. We offer an enjoyable fast paced work atmosphere, while still having an intimate smaller store experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships. No experience necessary, looking for someone driven who is great with people! Qualities that we're looking for: * Previous experience in auto sales, not necessary but a plus * Self motivated with the ability to set goals and a history of achieving them * Exceptional time management skills and working knowledge of computers * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets * Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction * Excellent professional communication in person, over the phone and email as well as a professional appearance What we offer: * We offer medical after 90 days * Competitive pay * On the job training and growth opportunities * Vehicle Purchase Discounts High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
