Automotive Service BDC Agent Full-Time | Immediate Hire Fox Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team! This is an hourly position, with monthly bonus opportunities available. * Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails in a professional, friendly manner. * Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work. * Confirm appointments and ensure customers receive updates on vehicle status. * Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM. * Assist with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) initiatives by providing a smooth, informative service experience. * Collaborate with the service advisors and management team to maximize department efficiency and retention. Qualifications: * Prior BDC or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus). * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools. * Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented. * Ability to multitask in a busy environment. * Team player attitude * Prompt and courteous * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen At MAP Automotive, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
