Sales Associate Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience * Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and upselling when appropriate * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing * Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized on the sales floor * Conduct inventory checks, stock shelves, and assist with stocking activities to keep the store inviting and fully stocked * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely * Follow up on online leads * Support retail sales efforts by promoting current promotions, new arrivals, and store-wide offers * Use effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth store operations * Confirm all project graphics with customers before items are finalized * Make suggestions and provide insight on modern typography and graphic design trends Sales Associate Qualifications * Previous retail sales or customer care experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions * Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments is advantageous * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in-store and over the phone * Leadership and time management skills * Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed Join us as a Sales Associate to energize your career in retail!
