Transportation Account Executive Full-Time | On-Site | Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM We're seeking a Transportation Account Executive to support our Commercial Lines team by placing new business, servicing existing accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients and carrier partners. Key Responsibilities: * Market new and renewal business to carriers, independently and with Sales Executives * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams * Develop strategies for new business and renewals in partnership with Sales Executives * Prepare proposals and renewal summaries using AMS360 * Ensure accuracy of all documentation and maintain confidentiality * Deliver exceptional service, including endorsements, proof of insurance, and coverage inquiries * Maintain detailed records in the agency management system and adhere to SOPs and best practices Qualifications: * Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency/carrier systems. * Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Team player with a collaborative mindset.
