Duties

: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

: - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Technical sales knowledge is an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!
