FSR Job Description Vozzcom is the premier provider of field retention to the nation's top cable companies. We are seeking Field Customer Service Representatives in and around zip code 35211 in Birmingham, AL. Full-time: Office open Monday through Saturday Part-time positions are also available: Nights, and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. The role of Field Customer Service Representatives includes: * Visiting customers to reconnect cable services * Company-provided tablet and phone will help you manage your daily activities. * Successful Field Customer Service Representatives work evenings and Saturdays to maximize customer contact. The candidate we are seeking must have/be: * Drug-free * Good driving record * Proof of auto insurance with your name as an insured operator of that vehicle * The position is subject to a background check and must receive client approval * Self-motivated/friendly * Good communication skills * Energy and a desire to be successful. * Detail-oriented.
