Overview

: Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Duties

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding products - Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and orders - Conduct sales transactions and handle cash with accuracy - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers - Upsell additional items to enhance customer experience - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Multilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus for assisting diverse customers Experience: - Prior experience in retail, technology sales, appliance sales, or grocery store environment is beneficial - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Capability to sell products persuasively while meeting sales targets If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere, we welcome you to apply for the Retail Sales Associate position.
