As we enhance our technology services and expand our client base, we are looking for a dynamic Account Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers and drive revenue for our esteemed clients. Role Overview As an Account Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, focusing on managing accounts with a keen understanding of their needs and preferences. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, drive sales, and ensure client satisfaction. Personalization and relationship- building are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. * Guide customers through our clients' products and services, including conducting product demonstrations. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed. * Manage customer accounts with a thorough understanding of their desired services and products. * Collaborate with the Management team to identify and leverage new opportunities. * Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. * Report on sales achievements and customer feedback regularly. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service is a plus. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Reliable transportation and ability to commute as needed. * Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Compensation * Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,100/week (W-2 employee) * Compensation structure: Salary + commission * Earning potential: High performers commonly earn $2,000+ per week * No cap on commission earnings Actual earnings vary based on performance, consistency, and adherence to role expectations.
