Showroom Sales & Customer Service Associate Riley Salon Resources Riley Salon Resources is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer- focused professional to join our showroom team. This position plays a key role in supporting our professional salon customers and partnering with our outside sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Job Responsibilities: * Greet and assist professional salon customers in the showroom * Help customers select products that support their business needs * Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone * Maintain showroom appearance through stocking, merchandising, and organization * Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professional at all times * Answer inbound customer calls and assist with orders and product questions * Conduct inside sales outreach to existing and potential salon customers Sales & Administrative Support: * Assist in preparing and ship weekly sales boxes for Distributor Sales Consultants * Assist with sales meetings, education classes, and company events * Support training and educational initiatives Qualifications: * Customer service and retail sales experience required * Experience in the professional salon or beauty industry preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Training Provided: Product knowledge and company training will be provided.
