The Bridgewater Place Events Sales job responsibilities include generating sales within the local business community, social climate, and residential community. Specific Job Responsibilities: As it is not possible to list every duty related to this position, following is a list of the primary duties and responsibilities of the Sales Specialist. Other duties may arise now or in the future that would fall under the Sales Specialist. * Maintain and update monthly calendars; * Coordinate appointments with potential clients to see space; * Coordinate with the Sales Manager on upcoming events; * Follow up on proposals in a timely and urgent manner; * Establish a strong relationship with potential, current, and past customers; * Keep all client/guest information updated and on-hand; * Be available and ready to give tours to prospective customers; * Develop relationships with vendors and others in the community: network; * Outside Sales Portion: * Attend networking events to create and enhance company and partner relationships; * Call on clients, drop in new businesses to promote Bridgewater * Prospect/call new clients to introduce Bridgewater; Personal Requirements: * Have organizational skills and excellent time management skills * Attention to detail * Good interpersonal and supervisory skills * Great communication skills and neat personal appearance * Comfortable working with computers * Able to negotiate, delegate and work under pressure * Must be self-motivated and driven * Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets * Adept at handling pressure and working under stress By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
