Job Overview We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Associate who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow. No prior insurance experience is required--training and licensing support are provided. This is a full-time in-office sales role, Monday-Friday, with two schedule options: 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, developing quotes, presenting insurance options, and helping customers protect what matters most. Responsibilities * Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency targets. * Develop insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales. * Make outbound calls using VOIP systems and auto-dial technology to contact potential customers. * Build trust and rapport through effective communication and follow-up. * Stay organized with accurate CRM notes, pipeline updates, and follow-up tasks. * Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.
