Pay: $180,000 - $300,000+ per year (OTE) Experienced Solar Closers - Pre-Set In-Home Appointments This role is for experienced residential solar closers only. We provide a consistent flow of pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments, allowing you to focus entirely on closing -- not canvassing, prospecting, or self- generating leads. If you've closed in-home solar and are looking for a high- volume, professional sales environment, this is a plug-and-play opportunity. About the Role We are an established solar company expanding in the Riverview area. Our in- house appointment setting team books qualified homeowners daily, and we're adding 2 -3 senior closers to support demand. This is a true closing role -- no door knocking, no cold calling, no setter duties. What We Provide * Pre-set, qualified in-home appointments * $40,000 base salary + uncapped commissions * On-Track Earnings: $180,000-$300,000+ * Proven sales process and operational support * Strong install, ops, and customer experience teams * Company-provided tools and resources Top closers consistently exceed $300K annually. Your Responsibilities * Run in-home appointments with pre-qualified homeowners * Present solar solutions and close residential deals * Follow a proven in-home sales process * Maintain strong close rates and deal quality * Coordinate with operations for smooth installs Requirements * 2+ years of in-home residential solar closing experience required * Proven ability to close high-ticket solar sales * Strong communication and rapport-building skills * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (This role is not entry-level and not a setter position.)
