Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about new and used vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of various Kia models. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience. * Achieve individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service. * Stay up-to-date on the latest Kia models, promotions, and industry trends. * Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. * A motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent.
