Responsibilities
:
- Deliver tailored product recommendations and service insights within local areas, aligning with customer energy service goals and usage needs.
- Execute structured outreach campaigns to promote featured products, seasonal offers, and bundled service solutions across assigned sales zones.
- Assess customer preferences, budgets, and goals to recommend solutions that enhance satisfaction and long-term value.
- Manage the full sales cycle--including lead generation, product education, transaction support, and post-sale engagement--to drive campaign success.
- Maintain data accuracy by logging customer interactions, purchase intent, and engagement milestones to support campaign tracking and performance forecasting.
- Collaborate with fellow B2B Sales Associates and campaign managers to ensure merchandising compliance, promotional readiness, and consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
of the B2B Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred to support customer engagement and campaign execution.
- Experience in retail, sales, customer support, or promotional outreach is preferred.
- Previous experience as a B2B Sales Associate is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to guide customers through product decisions and support campaign goals with confidence and clarity.
- Sales platform proficient; maintains accurate, actionable data to support territory tracking, sales forecasting, and campaign performance reporting.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated; capable of managing multiple customer interactions and outreach workflows in a dynamic sales setting.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak engagement hours, to support campaign coverage, seasonal promotions, and enrollments. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
