Job Overview We are seeking a confident, driven Outside Sales Representative to support our staffing agency. This role is strictly focused on outside sales , new business development, and client acquisition. Responsibilities * Generate new client leads through in-person visits, cold calls, and networking * Present staffing solutions to potential clients * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Meet and exceed sales goals * Represent the company professionally in the field Requirements: * Proven sales experience (outside sales preferred) * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Confident, assertive, and self-motivated * Comfortable with rejection and fast-paced environments * Staffing or service-based sales experience is a plus * Reliable transportation required Qualifications: * Proven sales experience (outside or B2B sales preferred) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Confident, assertive, and self-motivated personality * Comfortable with cold calling and rejection * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Reliable transportation required * Staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required This position is not suited for timid individuals -- we are looking for someone who is bold, persuasive, and comfortable selling face-to-face.
