We are growing rapidly and looking for a driven Sales Representative to help expand our local branch. Who You Are: * Experienced in business-to-business (B2B) sales , preferably in commercial services industries. * A hunter who excels at prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying leads, and closing deals. * Structured in your approach to sales and disciplined in pipeline management. * Motivated by commission-based compensation and excited by high earning potential. * Tenacious, proactive, confident, ethical, and ambitious. * Comfortable being accountable for revenue growth and driven to make an impact. Key Responsibilities: * Drive new client acquisition and grow the branch's commercial sales pipeline. * Develop, estimate, and close commercial landscape maintenance contracts. * Cold call and network to identify new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure exceptional client service. * Expand regional contacts and professional networks. * Utilize and maintain structured sales processes and CRM reporting systems. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven sales or business development experience in commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning, catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales, pest control, or similar B2B industries). * Strong relationship-building and communication skills. * Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. * Ability to travel within the assigned territory (occasional overnight travel may be required).
