Key Responsibilities * Greet customers with a positive attitude and determine their needs. * Recommend and sell wireless devices, accessories, and service plans. * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships. * Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals. * Process payments, activations, and account updates accurately. * Stay up to date on promotions, product launches, and competitive offers. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Qualifications * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless sales a plus). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Goal-driven with a passion for hitting targets. * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. * Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. * Must be 18 years or older.
