Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers. * Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups. * Utilize retail math skills to calculate payments, trade-in values, and financing options. * Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless buying experience for customers. * Engage in cold calling efforts to generate new leads and expand customer base. * Stay updated on dealership inventory, promotions, and market trends. * Foster relationships with customers post-sale for future business opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or dealership environments is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. * Familiarity with retail math concepts related to automotive sales. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Experience managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools is advantageous. * Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a broader customer base. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. * Must be self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales targets.
