Open Positions Sales Associate Responsibilities: Assist customers with selecting the right appliances for their needs and budget * Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone * Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with current promotions * Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked * Requirements: Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required * Strong communication and people skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work weekends and some evenings * Appliance Technician Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of household appliances * Perform installations and ensure proper operation of units * Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used * Provide professional, friendly service to customers in the field and shop * Requirements: Previous appliance repair experience strongly preferred * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required * Ability to lift and move heavy appliances with assistance * Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude * What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunities for advancement * Supportive team environment * Employee discounts on appliances * Please send resume as I am looking for 3 qualified individuals to help run the Chattanooga location.
