We are currently hiring a Verizon Sales Trainee to support campaigns for our client, Verizon. This entry-level role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and account management. The Entry Level Sales Trainee will receive structured training and ongoing support to confidently present Verizon internet solutions, guide customers through enrollment, and contribute to overall campaign growth. Responsibilities - Verizon Sales Trainee: * Engage with prospective customers through phone, email, and digital communication channels to discuss Verizon internet and wireless solutions * Assess customer connectivity needs and recommend appropriate Verizon products and services * Clearly explain service features, benefits, and pricing to ensure customer understanding * Manage the sales enrollment process accurately and in accordance with company standards * Provide professional customer support and assist with basic inquiries to promote a positive experience * Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance goals * Maintain organized records of customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activity * Collaborate with fellow team members to share best practices and improve overall customer engagement Qualifications - Verizon Sales Trainee: * High school diploma or GED required * 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred (training provided) * Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, goal-oriented mindset with an interest in professional growth * Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Position Details * Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Saturday (approximately 40 hours per week) * Compensation: Commission-based; average weekly earnings range from $900-$1,500 based on individual sales performance * Location: Marlton, NJ * Daily in-office meetings required * Fieldwork conducted in assigned residential areas within the local market * Client & Products/Services: Verizon wireless and internet solutions.
