Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Person specializing in Internet Sales to join our dealership team. Duties * Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to generate new leads and nurture existing prospects. * Conduct cold calling to prospective customers using effective phone etiquette and communication skills. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress. * Present vehicle options to customers via digital platforms, emphasizing features, benefits, and upselling opportunities. * Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. * Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership's inventory control team to ensure availability of high-demand vehicles. * Assist in marketing efforts by promoting dealership specials and new vehicle arrivals through online channels. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both online and over the phone. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and expanding market reach. * Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications * Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or B2B sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships. * Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and digital marketing tools. * Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Knowledge of retail math, inventory control, organizational skills, and basic math skills necessary for calculating deals and payments. * Experience with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation is highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting through closing deals. * Dealership experience is preferred but not required; a passion for automobiles and customer service is essential.
