Looking for a skilled Jewelry Sales Associate who can work Tuesday-Friday 10:00-5:30, with some overtime, and Saturday 12:00-5:00pm. Previous sales experience in a dedicated sales role, for an extended period of time, will be required to get an interview for this job. We are hiring someone how knows how to sale, and wants to grow in a sales role - with great growth opportunity. You must be willing to learn, be coachable, but come with confidence in your sales ability. We are hiring someone who is familiar with communicating with customers, and enjoys it without making excuses that everyone else is akward. You will need to be able to sale in person, over the phone and drive sales and foot traffic, regardless of how it's done. Need to be able to complete credit applications and have good communication skills regarding what all we offer. Must be able to keep up with paperwork and with the books, inventory and make customer contact throughout the day. Must be able to hit and exceed sales targets. Team focused. Base wage plus a healthy graduated and uncapped commission - meaning you can turn this job into whatever you make it, depending on your ability to make sales. Paid time off, Holiday pay provided and paid time off around all major holidays. 1 week paid time off earned monthly. Must be willing to be perform a set of different and flexible work skills throughout the day. DRUG TEST is required. BACKGROUND CHECK will be performed. Must have a clean test and clean record - no exceptions. Will require 1 interview and 1 shadow day - which is where you will come in and work with us to see how you fit.
