About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property & Casualty Salesperson to join our team and drive growth in our U.S. Property Insurance portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of property insurance products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Educate clients on property insurance options, coverage limits, and policy terms.
• Customize insurance solutions based on client needs and risk profiles.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy comparisons.
• Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products.
• Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P&C insurance sales, preferably with a focus on property insurance.
• Active P&C insurance license in applicable U.S. states.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. property insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to residential or commercial property owners.
• Multistate licensing or willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Currently carries valid 2-20 and/or 20-44 License
• Hourly pay; commissions are in addition to base pay. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
