Responsibilities * Engage and build rapport with clients to understand their needs, whether they're searching for a dream sports car or a dependable daily driver. * Present and showcase diverse inventory with confidence, professionalism, and product expertise. * Negotiate and close sales with integrity while consistently meeting monthly goals. * Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through follow-up, networking, and relationship management. * Stay current on market trends, financing options, and product knowledge. * Represent the dealership's brand with professionalism at all times. Qualifications * 2+ years of proven sales experience (automotive, luxury retail, or related industry preferred). * Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Highly motivated self-starter with strong negotiation and closing skills. * Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills. * Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
