Top Notch Remodelers LLC is seeking to add a highly motivated and skilled appointment setter to our growing Tampa area team. As an appointment setter your responsibilities will include: Answering Inbound Calls Answer inbound calls from the company's prospective and current clients or customers. Answer any questions the client might have and set up appointments for clients to meet with one of our design consultants. Placing Outbound Calls Initiate calls to a call list of potential clients from the sales team, and use these calls to determine the overall interest of prospective clients and eliminate clients who aren't interested. Emailing Clients Email clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule appointments with design consultants, or reschedule appointments as needed. Keeping Accurate Records Keep accurate records of each conversation with potential customers to see if they are interested or not in our products and services. This position is hourly based plus performance based incentives with the successful completion of tasks that compliment our sales process. Please have experience and references when applying.
